Nermeen is a life coach for individuals and teams holding PCC from International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is passionate about life coaching because it connected herself with main value of inspiring people and influencing others to improve themselves and hence develop humanity around the globe. Nermeen is a Telecom professional with 25 years of experience in multinational organizations like Schlumberger, Vodafone, Etisalat and CEQUENS. She is business oriented and has a diversified experience through holding senior management and leadership positions in both technical and commercial departments. Nermeen is concerned about people development and was leading several committees in different Organisations responsible for enhancing people’s engagement to their work and life. And she started to believe in the value of life coaching when she sensed its positive impact on development of both individuals and organizations. This comes from the process of changing individuals’ energy and their prospective for life meaning through exploring their real interests and values then connecting with their true selves.
