Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to CoachGate,
This document describes the Return and Refund Policy for CoachGate. Please read them carefully before
using CoachGate website or mobile app. Your acceptance to this Terms and Conditions means you have
read and accepted all of the terms and conditions incorporated herein.
CoachGate has the right to review and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior
approval, however you shall be informed with the updates (if any)..  Your continuous use of CoachGate
services means your continuous approval to the terms and conditions most recent updated version.
CoachGate services are only provided through our official website (www.coachgate.net ) and mobile apps
(Android link, IOS link).
For the sake of this document, reference to Coaches shall include Training Centers and reference to
Training Centers shall include Coaches.
1- Fees Payment Process and Refund
 
All payments should be made to CoachGate.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to
submit will be provided directly to our payment provider (bank or payment gateway) via a
secured connection. You should never provide your payment details to any other third party or
via any other site or app except CoachGate sites or app. None of our employees or
representatives shall request you to provide your payment details via a phone call, and
CoachGate shall never be responsible if you shared such information in violation to the above.
As a cardholder you must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
CoachGate accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in EGP (or any
other agreed currency).
 
In case you are not satisfied with CoachGate services, we are happy to listen to your constructive
feedback and do our best to enhance your experience. However, it is practical to mutually understand that
in some cases we will need to refund Client’s money back.
 
2- Payment and Refund Process for Clients:

You agree to pay the fees for subscription, Courses, Life Coaching and talks or any other service
that you avail, and hereby authorize CoachGate to charge your credit card or other means of
payment for its fees. CoachGate shall charge your credit card or other means of payment for all
amounts owed. If payment is declined, You agree to pay us the fees within three (3) days of
notification from us, and pay (at Our discretion) a late payment charge at 1.5% per month, or the
maximum permitted by law, whichever is greater.
Any refund will be added to your wallet by default.
Please check below refund conditions:-
Coaching sessions:-
 100% refund is allowed in case the coach didn’t show up on the time of the session.
 100% refund is allowed during the first 24 hours from making the payment.
 95% refund is allowed in case session is canceled from Client side 24 hours before the session
date.
 You can purchase promo code with 100% of the payment in case the session is canceled 24 hours
before the session date to be used for 1 time anytime in future up to 12 months.
 50% refund is allowed in case the session is canceled during same day from Client side.
Courses
 Pre-recorded courses are not subject for refund
 Interactive courses refund policy will be based on the chosen training center’ policy.
Talks
 All talks are not subject for refund.
3- Coaches’ Payment process:
Coaches/Training Centers shall have the right to determine their fees.
CoachGate will transfer the services’ fees (Life Coaching, Courses and Talks) after deducting any agreed
amount to the Coach/Training Center’ bank account on monthly basis. Payment shall be made on
successfully delivered services.
Payment shall be via wire transfers, Coach will bear the bank transfer fees for each wire transfer.

Coaching sessions:-
 Coach will be paid only for successfully delivered coaching sessions.
 In case coach didn’t show up on the booked session, he will bear the cost of refund done to the
client.

 Subscription fees
 Subscription fees are not subject to refund.
Commission
 CoachGate will deduct the commission in case the refund reason is that the coach didn’t attend
the session on time, or rescheduled an approved session
