Welcome to CoachGate,

 

This document describes the Privacy Policy bounding your access to CoachGate services. Please read them carefully before using CoachGate website or mobile app. Your acceptance to this Terms and Conditions means you have read and accepted all of the terms and conditions incorporated herein.

CoachGate has the right to review and change the terms and conditions from time to time without prior approval, however you shall be informed with the updates (if any).  Your continuous use of CoachGate services means your continuous approval to the terms and conditions most recent updated version.

 

For purpose of this agreement, Personal Data shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, such as but not limited to; an identification number (e.g. national or civil ID or social security number) or one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity (e.g. name and first name, date of birth, biometrics data, fingerprints, DNA…)

 

Coaches and Clients relation is private and regulated with the CoachGate code of conduct.

All details about Clients/Coaches and their coaching session are private. Should any of the parties had an access/knowledge by any means, during the sessions or else, to the other Personal Data, he/she shall never keep a record or disclose any of this data to any third party. In the event of violating any of this obligations, violating party shall subject to applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to applicable data privacy laws. 

Neither Client nor Coaches are allowed to record the session without the other party’s approval and at his own responsibility. In case it is agreed to record the session, it will be on the sole responsibility of the parties without any liability on CoachGate.

 

Parties agree that CoachGate is allowed to share part of their profile, or received review on social media, website, mobile app, …etc. as a part of marketing and advertisement campaigns.

For Client: for privacy protection concerns, Client identity/information shall not be disclosed/shared with any third party except as requested by applied laws and regulations and/or as agreed according to this terms and conditions, however your username will be public, if you want to hide your true identity you can choose alias username.

CoachGate, Clients and Coaches consequently, will not facilitate any breach to other party confidentiality throughout the coaching cycle.

For sake of Personal Data Privacy, CoachGate is bounded by the applicable Egyptian Data Privacy laws and   General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”), accordingly the only way to submit any information to any third party can only be done based on legal investigations or official request from authorities pursuant to applicable laws and regulations and/or as agreed according to this terms and conditions.

For the sake of service enhancement, CoachGate can perform analytics on the transactions performed on the system without impacting any party confidentiality or private information.

Credit card information will be shared directly with our bank and payment gateway and will not be stored at CoachGate systems.

By using Coachgate services, you agree that Coachgate can show you ads that we think will be relevant to you and your interests. Coachgate use your personal data to help determine which ads to show you. Coachgate doesn’t sell your personal data to advertisers, and doesn’t share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, e-mail address or other contact information) with advertisers unless you give us specific permission. Instead, advertisers can tell us things like the kind of audience they want to see their ads, and we show those ads to people who may be interested. We provide advertisers with reports about the performance of their ads that help them understand how people are interacting with their content.

 

Receiving email campaign, or personalized message from CoachGate will be done with complete identity protection and your acceptance to this terms and conditions shall be considered as an explicit approval to receive such e-mails and/or messages. Client/Coach may request to opt-out from receiving email campaign or personalized messages by contacting CoachGate customer service center.

None of CoachGate representatives will contact any Client/Coach from a personal email or on personal base.

In case CoachGate will call you, you will receive email notification before the call is occurred. Under no circumstances, CoachGate shall request you to share any of your identity information and/or payment information via a call.

 

CoachGate confirms that all activities and analysis done on the platform is compliant to the GDPR and Egyptian laws for data privacy and data processing to the extent of its knowledge.
